Kiwi Jujubes

Today's recipe is my most favorite...I like jujubes or jelly whatever you call..
But the problem mostly market one used gelatin - not a vegetarian product.
So in this Kiwi jelly i have used vegetarian product for smooth and jelly texture
in candies...When first time i tried i have used Sweet Lime..color came Light
Yellow...was good experience...So now i tried with Kiwi fruit, as in taste
raw kiwi is little sour..so it gives perfect taste to candy.. So we do not need
to add any kind of artificial flavor...artificial color or any kind of preservative.

You can try another fruit also...my experience with Orange was not much good
as when we boil Orange juice it comes out little bitter in taste.

Also i have found a little trick to get smooth texture in jelly...that is most
important step after boiling the fruit pulp mixture so watch video till end
